Access Your eSIM
After purchasing the eSIM, open the email or your customer account, tap on the eSIM, and select "Add eSIM".

Open Settings
Open your device settings.

Mobile Services
Select "Mobile Services".

Select Hala eSIM
Select the Hala eSIM.

Activate and Enable Roaming
Activate the eSIM line and turn on "Data Roaming".

Open Settings & Connections
Navigate to the Settings app on your Android device
Scroll down and tap on "Connections"
Select "SIM card manager" from the list
Scroll down and tap on "Connections"

Add eSIM
In "SIM card manager", tap on "Add mobile plan"
Select "Scan carrier QR code"
Scan the Hala eSim QR code from your email
Select "Scan carrier QR code"
Scan the Hala eSim QR code from your email
Alternative: You can also enter the activation code manually if QR scanning fails

Confirm Details
Review the carrier details on screen
Tap "Confirm" to proceed with installation
Wait for activation (usually takes 10-30 seconds)

Label eSIM
Choose a label for easy identification
We recommend "Hala eSim" or "Travel Data"
Tap "Done" to save the label

Set Default Line
Return to "SIM card manager"
Set Hala eSIM as preferred for "Mobile data"
Enable "Data roaming" for the eSIM
Disable "Allow data switching" to avoid charges

Important: Keep your primary SIM active for calls/SMS, use eSIM for data only

Check your email for the universal link
The universal link is sent to your email after purchase. Check your email (and spam folder if needed) to access that link.
Click the link to get your universal link
Click on the link in your email to open the universal link page. From there you can proceed with the installation on your device.
How to install with universal link
Super simple: open the universal link on your phone. If you have an Android, tap the Android option; if you have an iPhone, tap the iOS option. That’s it — you’ll be guided through the rest.
How to check your data usage
Want to see how much data you’ve used? Just tap “Check usage” in the app. You’ll get a clear view of your remaining data so you can stay on top of your plan.
